- VAS I/c of Grampanchayat (Chairman)/
- VAS of nearest VD(Member)/
- Representative of BDO(Member)/
- Sarapancha of Grampanchayat (Member)

Equipments will be provided to each Go-Mitra by OLRDS on agreement basis. |

Advertisement publication in 2 (two) daily Oriya Newspaper. Further a copy of the advertisement would be displayed in the notice board of District Collector/ Sub-Collector/CDVOs / SDVOs / VAS / BDO / Panchayat office. |

Scrutinisation and processing of selection of candidate will be done at District level by concerned CDVO. |

Governing rules and regulations of Go-Mitra |
- Each new AI worker will enter with an agreement with the OLRDS that they will not leave the job at least for a period of 5 years. In case any body wants to quit the assignment shall have to deposit the entire amount invested on him along with an interest @ 10% per annum.
- The work of the New AI workers will be supervised and monitored by the Area Veterinary Asst. Surgeon and the other higher authorities.
- The service charges collected should be deposited weekly in their account maintained at VD level.
- The VAS on obtaining permission from CDVO will pay the dues after deduction of all such cost which have been invested on him.
- Cost of consumables and the capital cost along with interest if any has to recovered on monthly basis and deposited in appropriate account.
- Each such AI worker shall have to register under the DAH & VS, Orissa through his district Officer.
